You know how healthy food is supposed to be an array of beautiful, fresh colors? Behold:Steel cut oats and chai tea with soy milk should be healthy right? So how come my breakfast is all the same color?Hmmm...
I don't know! The mug is cute though! Maybe if your dishes have colors it's okay.

Guess I never thought of it that way. My creamy coffee, toast and oatmeal are all in the same tones, as far as color goes, but what counts is that they warm me up on a cold morning. Leslie
I'd add some fruit, perhaps strawberries on top of the oatmeal!
