I've had some people curious about the hummus packs I am using. Here is what it looks like:
There are 16 individual hummus packets in it. The price at Costco is about $5, if I remember correctly. The one I have currently says it is best when used by the 8th of November, and I've already had it awhile, so they stay fresh for quite a long time (since they are sealed and refrigerated).On another topic... I have decided to sign up for NaBloPoMo - which is short for National Blog Posting Month. I will valiantly attempt to post every day in the month of October. Three days down, twenty-eight to go...

What a great product! I should look into those for snacks. I need stuff that I can throw into my backpack so I can subway into work!
